A fast-growing copy-writing company is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to work full-time in our office in Donetsk.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicating with writers via phone and email
• Monitoring, analyzing and evaluating writers’ work
• Ensuring investigation and resolution of customer complaints
• Assisting in design and implementation of Quality Assurance policies
• Writing managerial reports
• Hiring new staff

Saturday and Sunday - working days
Days off – 2 days off you can choose yourself (except for Saturday and Sunday)

Starting salary – 400$
