 Specialized T-Online customer service support using CRM-System making researching with the data base of T-Online and client personal dates.
 Training of new customer service specialists in everyday work
Achievements
• after 3 months of work in the completely new branch for me I got big progress: my productivity and quality reached the level of German employees
• working with different special subjects I learned to use and analyze T-Online data base and private data bases of clients
• dealing with a big quantity of monotonous cases under different circumstances I learned to be independent taking right decision solving actual problem of the clients
• mastering the basics of the work I started to treat cases from bill reclamation department, where I learned to analyze every case individually making small researches and comparing dates with T-Online data base. My function was to define the size of repaying money and to inform the client about the solved problem or about the correct bill
• to treat some cases right it was necessary to use not only T-Online system, but also web resources, e.g. phone books...
• supporting coworker by the work was useful to see my own weakness and to be patient
• starting every day learning new information concerning new rules of treating the cases I learned to be flexible using new information in praxis

Achievements
• taking part in negotiations with the private businessmen and governing organizations and supporting German partners in Ukraine demanded not only correct interpretation but full understanding of actual circumstances and corresponding behavior by conversations
• interpreting different types of documents, preparing brief information reports by written work helped New Standard Company don't waste their expansive time, to serve their clients in time and showed my ability to do written work being flexible preparing different subjects in short period of time
• for the first time in my life tried to do sales manager job and found 25 men, who were representatives of water and gas industry of Ukraine and who visited specialized exhibition «Wasser und Gass» in the exhibition centre Messe Berlin in Germany.
• cooperating with the reception department of tht New Standard Company worked with one of the most famous basketball club of Ukraine, wich is the client of the company till this day

 negotiations with German speaking partners from Austria, Germany and Greece
Achievements
• the first serious job with German language and in the completely new branch for me was so exciting for me, that being a student I made the job twice as fast as my predecessor with 3 years experience in the branch
• one road building machine was delivered from Germany to the Crimea with my help. It is used by government in Simferopol (Crimea, Ukraine) till this day
